Fisiocrem is an amazing cream used to treat muscle and ligament pain associated with daily activity or intensive physical exercise.

• Arnica montana
• Hypericum Perforatum (otherwise known as St Jonh’s Wart)
• Callendula officinalis

•Arnica montana - Arnica cream has been used since the 15th century. It has been used to treat bruises for many years, but people are often using it for help with muscle pain, joint pain, sprains, strains and swelling. 

The roots of the Arnica plant are used to relieve swelling, but has also been used in homeopathic medicine for treatment of acne, boils, bruises, sprains, strains, pains and other wounds.

Arnica as a gel can be used to help with symptoms associated with osteoarthritis.

•Hypericum perforatum (St John's wort) - St John's Wort is a flowering plant in the family Hypericaceae. It is a medicinal herb with antidepressant activity and also has anti-inflammatory properties.

The red oily extract of H. perforatum may also help heal wounds. Both hypericin and hyperforin are reported to have antibiotic properties.
